Clank when shifting from 2nd-3rd at low speed?

Clank when downshifting from 3rd-2nd at low speed?
Anyone have this sound? When I am slowing down and making a turn or something and put my car into second I get a clank sound in the tranny and also going into second is a little notchy, it does not grind and drives fine when shifting, but just when going slow. Thanks for the help.
