Hi-Flow Cats causing CEL; solution?

Right now i currently have a Helix 3'in Hi-Flow cat, i purchased the car with it on and a HKS HI-flow exhaust system. Went to autozone today and got the code scan "P0420" When i ran a friend with a S2000, when i took the lead he told me everytime i shift, smokes would shoot out, not much, but enough where he can see it clearly, The question is, is this bad for my car? Should i go on eBay and purchase those O2 sensor spacers? but if i do how would i know the furture damage of my cat. Is there any other better solution? I've tryed to search many time, but never got the result i needed. Anyway if i can get any tips would be great, thanks

get the anti foulers. it costs about 2 bucks and its one of the easiest things you can do to your car. unless the o2 sensor is stubborn. which is common.

go under ebay and search for evo cel
its a spacer you put inbetween the sensor and exhaust. in the 10 months i have had the car, i have NEVER got the cel light from the exhaust

i havent looked at the ebay ones. i have the anti foulers on my car and my p0420 codes stopped. just drill one with a 1/2 inch drill bit then screw it into the other one and you're good to go. simple mod. in theory it takes about 10 minutes. unless you are using an ancient drill press that doesnt tighten down on the bit very well.
