No, tiAL bov's are not adjustable. They have a high tension spring so its normal to flutter at low boost.

Are you converted over to speed density? I love the Tial BOV, but would never use one on a car with a MAF sensor.... If you ARE speed density, you can run with a lower tension spring and get ride of the flutter. They have a 7 lb spring, and a 9 lb spring as options you can purchase.

i'm experiencing the same issue right now. I had a tial on my stock turbo setup and it worked fanstic. Didn't flutter even at 0 psi. Always blew off well as long as i lifted completely. Now I have a new tial, just different color, with the 35r kit and intake manifold from AMS and it flutters like crazy under anything lower than like 15 lbs. Will switching to a lower spring have any adverse effects on holding boost? It must right? I'm only running 22 lbs for now though so it couldn't make that much of a difference.

Get the 9lbs spring. I had the same issues but it was also causing a surge at low boost. I called AMS and they told me that I should have received a 9lbs spring since I was still running stock (MAF, turbo and PSI). They swapped out my spring and I've never had a problem since.

Also of note, I've never had any stalling issues running VTA with my MAF.

where do you get the springs from tial? Is there a way that they mark them so I can know what spring i have already?

It's your spring pressure.

BTW, those springs are NOT cheap!

The spring pressure you choose should be based on your cams. With the 272s I idle at 12 inches, which is 6 psi. Even the 7 psi spring will work in this case, but the 9 is a common choice. The 11 psi spring works well with stock cams that idle around 18-22", or 9-11 psi.
