You will not need a tune, but I hope you have a full exhaust otherwise you will have to much back pressure if your trying to raise the boost on your stock exhaust.

If you just raised the boost level, you can get away withot one. But if you got other mods like exhaust and intake and ic pipping i would top it off with a Nice custom tune. (not mail in) go to a shop w/ a dyno and get it tuned

yes i do have a TBE and a drop in intake...however...due to some shipping delay on the boost controller...my tune is schedulled before the expected date of arrival of the boost control..

so you guys are suggesting i could get away with it..ha?

thanks for the replys...

You aren't supposed to raise boost without a tune, but your original question didn't give all the details. What you're saying here is that you're getting tuned before the MBC arrives. If the tuner knows how to use the EcuTek software, which is what you said you're getting flashed with, then the boost resulting from the EcuTek shouldn't be too far off from the boost you'll run daily on pump gas with the MBC. So, I think you will be ok, but you should let your tuner know that you'll be running an MBC AFTER the tune and shoudl tell him the exact psi you plan to run on pump gas daily.
