Pinks Evo!!!!!
I have been watching every episode for the first few minutes this last 3 months hoping to see the now-infamous rnr evo, but I think it's like the loch ness monster.
I agree that rnr should get on here and at least say something, and you know that they read this thread.
perceptions are quickly forming, which is not in the least bit good for business.
on the flip side about pinks, there have been several imports on the show, problem is 13sec. cars don't make for great tv. most want to see 9-11sec cars, and it would seem that a lot of the cars are built at the last minute just for someone's 15sec of fame. lots easier to build a 10sec. v8 than a 10sec 4banger.

At least RNR can come on here and simply state: "We did the show, wait till it airs before we talk about it". That would be "common courtesy". If they don't even state that, I am sure it won't help thier bottom line, hosing those who are thinking of buying parts from them.
Here is "Option 2": "We didn't film it, sorry". A response of SOME kind won't breach anything contractually. I think RNR owes it to their "peeps".

Maybe their just too busy making parts or are away on vacation?

And I do agree that rnr has to explain themselves or gives us heads up. If we lose to an sti. I'm selling my car. Haha jk
I called RNR and asked them about what happened. I'm not sure why they haven't posted any updates but they told me the race was still going to happen. They said the date in the middle of dec. got pushed back beacuse neither cars were ready yet. I hope they still do it in Dallas because I have looking forward to attending for a while now.

Man there are so many stupid rumors floating around the internet about this, Mainly at supra forums where they have no love for the awd mitsu cars(PROLLY CAUSE IT IS THE ONLY THING THAT POSES ANY KIND OF THREAT).
WOW, I didn't even know this thread was still alive. Basically it comes down to this. Both cars for the race weren't ready in time. Instead of bringing a car that wasn't 100% ready and not properly representing the EVO world. We decided to postpone the race for March. Once you guys see this EVO you will understand why it took so long. It will be WELL WORTH THE WAIT.
