cooked head repair

this is the cooked head off my overheated engine.

warped something like .011, so will the unwarping cost more than it is worth?
seems like this would be a job for a master, anyone know a miracle worker?

While Mitsu says that is too much you can machine it that much. Just use a thick gasket like a Cometic to make up some of the lost thickness.

I have seen it done, it's not that big a deal.
