400hp help

I have a 05 evolution and i am trying to get the goal of 400hp, i have come across a list of parts that i would like to purchase in hope of reaching my goal, if you guys have any input or idea on other parts let me know, i already have a 3" turbo back exhaust.

walbro fuel pump
680cc injectors
fuel pressure regulator
perrin fuel rail
hks 280 intake and exhaust camshafts
fidanza camgears
arp head studs
springs and retainers
ams intercooler
upper and lower ic piping
buschur intake
greddy profec boost controller
20g turbo
dc sports exhaust manifold
flashed ecu
team rip rebuilt tranny
fidanza flywheel
act clutch

i assume whp....if so you should meet your goal w/ proper tuning...if you want to make sure

1. You might want slightly bigger injectors, the 680's will be close to 80% if you are talking about 400whp on Buschur's dyno.

2. Forget the ACT clutch and Fidanza flywheel, get an Exedy Twin Cerametallic.

3. If you are gonna keep the stock ECU, the HKS 272's will idle better and you won't give up that much power. A good tuner can make the 280's work on a daily driver, it's just not that easy. The 272's will also let you skip the springs and retainers.

4. Dump the camgears. A 20G is not big enough to where you will need to enhance spool-up by tweaking your cam gears.

5. I'd add a ported stock intake manifold, throttle body, exhaust manifold and o2 housing to that list.

6. You'll also want a boost controller on that list.

7. No idea who to recommend locally for tuning, sorry. Al from DynoFlash is really good, and he travels all the time, so you might get lucky there. You can contact Warrtalon and try to schedule a trip in your area.
