If your cylinder walls are not scared up i would just do the std bore piston. the more material you have on your cylinder walls the more protection you have.

.20 over makes you a 2.1 or close to that anyways. I have run 20 over with absolutely NO problems.

No way does it open up that much to get you 2.1L. The 2.1L is an 87mm bore. .020" over on the stock 2.0L is only 85.5mm The 2.1 also comes from a different block with a taller deck height.

Someone who is good with the automath handbook should be able to figure this out. Not me though....I dont have the formulas in front of me and have never researched this.

edit..
I found an engine displacement calculator online.

stock 85mm bore with 88mm stroke = 1997cc or 1.997L or 2.0L
.020" 85.5mm bore with 88mm stroke = 2021cc or 2.021L or 2.0L (minimal gain)
2.1L 87mm bore with 88mm stroke = 2093cc or 2.093L or 2.1L
