Ok you have the BOV connected the right way
Now for the Hallman

The side nipple goes to the actuator's nipple.
And the other nipple in the MBC goes to the turbo, there's a nipple coming out of the turbo located near where your turbo (compressor housing) says the 10.5T. Find it, there's no way you can miss it.

 

BOV needs a vacum source after the thottle body and the MBC needs a positive pressure source before the throttle body.....hope that helps
