Hotside temps?

Anyone know about how hot I can expect my AMS 35r's hotside to get? I'm lookin to get it coated and theres a 200 degree difference for ceramic or black...I dont want black. Ceramic is apparently good up to 1600 degrees. I would think it would get to about that right? Anyone know?
