I would really like to know how much boost to run on my new setup for daily driving on 93 octane .. safely

Here is my mod list:

IX turbo (20g turbine) ceramic coated (new)
Ported and ceramic coated Stock Manifold (new)
10.5 hotside ported and coated (new)
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
PTE 680 cc injectors (new)
Coated ebay o2 housing
AMS copy Intercooler
Injen UICP
Injen intake w/cone filter
RMR LICP
Buschur Racing TBE w/Race Muffler
GSC 264/272 cams
Exedy Twin Plate HD (new)

The car is going to be tuned by Mellon! ( : I'm SO excited!!!

I just really want to know how much boost I can run.. I am not going to run anything but 93... Also, is that ix turbo w/20g turbine a good turbo?? Which turbo is it similar to?

Any one have any ideas of what my awhp would be with this setup?

with 93 oct. start at 22psi then ask mellon tuning if you can raise it up. Too bad you don't have headstuds so you could go 24-25psi and see what your knock counts are.

 

Are those headstuds hard to install and what do they do??? i dont know much about them

 

they are just stronger so they are harder to stretch at high boost and blow a head gasket.

they aren't super hard to install.
