This turbo started as a used stock Evo9 turbo I bought for my Evo8 years ago. The previous owner of the turbo broke a turbine to manifold bolt off in the exhaust housing when removing it. He then tried to drill the bolt out, and the drill bit walked into the casting. I had a local machine shop properly drill out the remaining broken bolt, enlarge and rethread the bolt holes. The turbine housing now attaches using the supplied ½” stainless cap screws. The manifold is also slightly drilled out to work with the larger hardware. Using the upgraded hardware I never had any of the typical issues with the bolts being difficult to remove. I had a local shop ceramic coat all the exhaust parts around 8,000 miles ago. About a year ago I removed the turbo, rebuilt it, and upgraded it to the 20g specs below. The project was on hold and I have since decided to go bigger.
Turbo is complete and includes Megan O2 housing, WGA, and Manifold
Turbo has 0 miles since it was rebuilt with Turbolab rebuild kit
Billet extended tip 20g compressor wheel
FP Anti-surge Compressor Cover
Ported and ceramic coated exhaust housing
Forge WGA actuator
Ported and ceramic coated Megan O2 housing
Ported and ceramic coated manifold
$650 + Shipping

assuming the turbo was put together right, this looks like an amazing deal to me. i'm unfamiliar with a 20g. any idea how many lb/min it flows, or other data?
also, (just in case) if you end up parting out, i may be interested in the O2 housing.

The turbo has a 20g Billet Extended Tip Compressor Wheel on it and has the antisurge cover to match. The wheel would be comparable to the Buschur 20g, older FP green and the CBRD BBK compressor wheels. I'm really hoping to sell it complete and I'm surprised its not sold yet. I priced it for a quick sale to fund other projects. It really would be an awesome setup for anyone looking to upgrade their stock turbo.
