K&N works well. Never gave me any problems, and it's cheaper than the Buschur unit. Can't remember where I got it though.

edit: I can email you a picture. I can't load it onto the internet to post here.

Retains stock inlet hose like you stated, MAF also. Only replaces the box/filter .

Its a ton cheaper than those you listed also..

I've got the Buschur and it's great. It fit very well and it sounds awesome. It has a mounting bracket that bolted right onto the stock boost solenoid and it is solid as can be.

I went with the BR over the K&N because I didn't want to have an oiled filter that close to my MAF sensor. From my experience with my STi I know the K&N is way over oiled and it will splatter oil onto the MAF which in time will destroy it. The Buschur is not oiled so there is no danger of this.

Apexi is definetly the best for filtering and making power. I've seen results somewhere but I can't remember right now.

From what I understand K&N no longer oils their filters. New design or something. Could be wrong.

But yes, ApexI is supposed to be the best there is. There's a test comparisson on this site somewhere, and the ApexI filtered the best out of any other.
