Look how nice these turned out! Ebay O2 plus buschur ported mani and 10.5 (not here yet). Should I change gaskets when I change these parts? I have the new one for Ebay O2, but was told the manifold uses steel gaskets and can be reused.

DO NOT use the gasket that came with the ebay o2.....its crappy...the oem metal one is good enough and will not leak, just clean it before replacing

yeah might as well change the gaskets while you have it apart. as said above, get the oem gaskets. they're not that expensive anyway.

^^ I concur. Exhaust gas leak is quite annoying... Change it with OEM gaskets...

You can reuse the gaskets, as long as they are in good shape. The only thing I would kinda worry about is that run over the far right port on the manifold. I don't know if that stuff is soft or what, but you might want to sand that down some.

Reuse all the OE gaskets as long as they appear undamaged. I've reused them at least 6 times on my personal Evo without issues. The other gaskets are crap!

The blanket is covering up the rest of the manifold from what I can see in the picture. I am sure all have been ported equally, or would at least seem so. Is there and warranty or guarantee on that coating?

you should have grind down the O2 bung on the inside and make it flush with the port before getting it coated. you can reuse the oem gasket if they look ok.
