60k Mile Service, some questions

Alright I searched so don't hammer down on me.

I am looking to do my 60k mile soon. I want to know the following:

1. What parts are required?
2. What parts are optional?
3. Is the Greddy Timing/balance belt worth the money?
4. Anybody seen any good FAQ's about this?
5. Any other maintaince concerns I should be aware of at this point?
6. For this type of service what is the price if done by a dealer? I will probably do this myself although it is good to know too.

Thanks guys.

All the stuff of a 30,000 mile tuneup plus:

Plugs
Waterpump
Both timing belts
Three idler pulleys
Tensioner

Line up all the timing marks and then paint marks on each sprocket and onto the belts. Transfer these marks to the new belts. That way when installed no issues with a cam being off a tooth.
