Car is Peaking out @ 22 psi and falling to 17~18 psi @ 7000 Rpms. I am using a Megan Racing boost gauge (not sure how accurate it is). We hooked up Evo Scan and it showed Zero Knock . We starterd @ 3K in 3rd gear. I will post the File tomorrow. I think I can throw another pound or 2 at it . Weather is in the low 60s.

An MBC will NOT help with taper only make more peak boost. I know I am going down that road right now.

Yes, the Hallman Pro RX is an MBC - no need to suggest he get one.

Atlmethevo, of course an MBC reduces taper. That's like the first thing people try to do on Evos...remove the nasty stock taper. Yes, the stock turbo will always taper to some degree, but an MBC significantly reduces the amount of taper and how soon it begins.
