I was given a Turbonetics Super 60 turbo. I am trying to figure out what manifold to go with. Also, I do not know what size wastegate I will need, plus what size injectors. If anyone knows this turbo please help me out. I do believe this turbo is a little smaller than a gt30r. I basically have the manifold and 02 housing picked out do to what I have found.

Either the DNP Tubular T3/T4 Flange Exhaust Manifold and get a custom 02 housing with the dump built into it.

Or the Hafe Evolution Exhaust Manifold and 02 housing which will be a little easier for install but the manifold doesn't look that great. It is cast though.

The DNP setup will cost me $570 for the manifold and maybe $200 for the 02 housing. On the other hand the Hafe will be $650 for the manifold and $350 for the 02 housing.

Any suggestions?

 

I'd say go with the DNP manifold as for the wastegate you can get it either in the 40mm or 44mm for that style manifold.

 

Thanks. Also, what size injectors do you think I need? My friend has a fuel rail with 660's on it. Will that be to much. He ran those on a GT35r.

 

will the dnp manifold match up with the Hafe o2 housing?

 

I dont think so. They require 2 different wastegate flanges. It will be cheaper just to have one custom made. O and btw I just got a T3/T4 garret dual ball bearing .52 trim. Lets see what that does.
