I have the original Buschur COP. I purchased the BR COP many months back with no ignition amp. I thought it would help clean up the spark without an amp - but I had blowout issues.

Anyway, this COP requires cutting and splicing in wires with new connectors. Written in permanent marker on the plate of the COP is the reference for which color wires on the stock ignition go to which color wires on the COP. Buschur no longer sells this COP and only sells a new COP with the amp.

I'd like to know if anyone has used this COP successfully and with which amp and with minimal wiring/splicing?
