LOUD noise / echo when in boost

Hi Guys,

OK. So first off nothing was changed or added when this happened. Just started one day. The UICP that connects to the Throttle-Body popped off. Okay no big deal. I put it back on and tightened the worm clamp. Thing is, its happened like 10 times since within like a day. So the next day, I got the t-bolt clamp from NAPPA, and it came off twice. I have tightened the crap out this time and it is holding. The problem is ever since it popped off the like 2nd time there is this really loud noise when i go over like 4000 RPMS. There is a really bad vibration that from what i can tell is coming from the engine and below me. I can feel the whole car shake bad and I can really feel the petals vibrating. It also makes this loud diesel engine noise too. Best way I can describe it is on my old NA eclipse, when i went to a Cold Air Intake, it sounds like its sucking in A LOT of air. I have noticed when i hit the Higer RPMs, it is loosing power. I am not loosing a lot of boost. (1-3 I can hit about 18-19 and 4-6 about 20-1 psi; its set for 21. I haven't done a leak test yet, but i can't imagine a boost leak would cause that loud noise. I am running a stock Air box so I took out the whole intake to the turbo and re clamped all of the clamps there as well as all of the UICP t-bolt clamps as well. I thought maybe an exhaust leak since i have a Cat-Back + Test pipe, so I changed all of the gaskets, and same thing. The weird thing is all of this started with the UICP popping off over and over.. To that point, it hadn't come off once. I know its a shot in the dark without actually looking at the car or hearing this, but does anyone have a clue where to start? PS. When it came off one of those many times, I had to drive about 1/4 mile to a place where I could actually pull over and work on my car. Slow and sputters. Would that have caused any damage?

Thanks for your help!
-Jason
