Loud Thump

Ok, who else gets a loud thump from their rear diff when you shift hard and fast from 1st to 2nd. I know it is an A.C.D. so is that the hydrolic unit engaging it that hard causing the loud thump you hear, who else gets that , cause my friends evo does the same thing so it cant just be me. is that thump i hear an issue with the center diff having too much play or whats up.? or should i just not worry about it and thats how its suppose to be as far as ACD's go i know my friends s4 audi that has an ACD never did that.

I hear a click sound when romping it in pretty much any gear with enough load, not all the time though. Its either coming from under the shifter console area, or up under the hood, not sure.

What I'm saying is from my experiance, the loud rear thump is due to driver error.

well i know what i mean by being smoother, but fast shifting from 1st to 2nd from redline will cause that thump no matter, shifting smoother will sacrifice time. But to the guy that posted about getting the mounts where did you get them?
