Problems To Start Evo 9 New Engine

Friends wanted. I have problems with my built motor. The engine management is stock. Compression is good, injectors work, and coils are good. I'm not sure how to set the timing on the belt, I just did the same as on my 1G 4G63.

Stock cams crower rods and cp pistons
gt35r turbo
intercooler
injector soon after start
wlbro fuel pump 255 lph
fuel rail
aeromotive fuel regulator
engine management after to start

please help me

thanks

Wow that was a really convoluted post. Let's see if we can clear that up.
