E6 Cams on E4

Does any one know for definite the benefits of having E6 Cams on my E4?
Do i need a remap to benefit?
Mines an other wise stardard 4 un-modified (HKS SQV , Indiction and exhaust to follow).

Have you compared the technical datasheets to see obvious differences? I know the 7s cams are hollow, so less inertia...
