AFC alone with no other mods
With dyno tuning you can lean out the overly rich A/F mixture at high RPM's and recover a lot of power that way. In fact, this is one of the top "easy/safe" ways folks have reported getting power with the Evo, along with keeping boost at 19psi to redline.
You'll want premium (93+ octane) gas to keep safety, and you'll want to dyno tune, or at minimum go with some well-tested settings for your AFC (I believe Buschur has some for the Evo).
