TD05 - TD04 Hybrid question..

has anyone tried to hjybrid a td05 intake and exhaust turbines into a td04 casing ?

if so, how well does it work ?

i hgave a mate who wants to do one, and he wanted to know how well it went for you.

a tdo4 housing is too small for real horsepower numbers thats the same housing used on 1st gen dsm with auto's. they are really pathetic.

Yep, but he has too..

he has one on his GSR, and he has the innards of a td05 given too him, and doesnt wanna change manifolds and stuff over, so the hybrid atm is the way he wants to go..

its going to be a waste of time and money trying to get larger tdo5h inards into a tdo4 housing. it doesnt take much to go to the junkyard and get the exhaust manifold for the larger housing.

mate, all i want is someone to say they've done it, not a lot of anything else you have written..

The nearest junk yard for gsr gear is over east, they dont have one to suit..

well i hope things work out, and i dont think anyone has ever done it because its a step backwards in performance
