Sorry but, Cams, head, alky and a bunch of boost is the only way to make those numbers or a turbo kit!.

You should consider having your 20G-9-5 upgraded to LT specs. Invest in a Full Race manifold flanged for an external gate, and add Buschur's Race frontmount. Upgrade your stock injectors to at least 780's. Have your cylinderhead ported and polished. Plan on going with Revolvers or something equivalent with the upgraded valvetrain bits. Do the headstuds and rodbolts as minimal insurance. Go with a standalone tuned to the edge on C-16. Hold the power with a twin or triple disk. An AMS intake manifold and the HKS DL-II would help as well. And, don't forget a boost gauge that reads over 30#. This should get you into the ballpark.

On which type of dyno??Dynojet??

You will need a set of argressive cam, built head,EMS,reduce rotating mass(wheel,brake,clutch....) to archive ~460whp on DJ.
