Those are the bolts i believe...

Q: How do I clock a turbocharger?
A: Here are the basic steps:
1) Loosen the 6 13mm bolts that hold the CHRA (Center) to the turbine housing slightly so you can rotate the CHRA (Center) and the compressor housing.
2) Make sure that the oil drain is facing toward the ground, its important to ensure the oil drain faces to the ground so that oil does not back up and push out the oil seals inside the turbo.
3) After the CHRA (Center) and the turbine housing are in the right orientation re-tighten the bolts holding the CHRA (Center) and the turbine housing and ensure they are snug..
4) Loosen the 6 13mm bolts that hold the compressor housing (aluminium light colored) to the CHRA (center), rotate the compressor housing to ensure that the compressor outlet ( part that goes to the intercooler piping) faces your charge piping correctly.
5) Tighten the bolts up until they are snug, remember you are tightening a bolt into aluminium it is more delicate than steel so be careful not to strip it.
6) Make sure the compressor wheel spins freely and then you’re ready to go

Ahh sorry

I counted on the 30 - 37 trim being about the same so i used the directions for a 30t

Oh well at least you got the idea

EDIT:

Forgot to give you instruction... crap

Anyways the bolts its talking about in steps 1-3 are the one on lable "A" in your picture. This is basically just making sure your center section is facing the right way not a big deal.

In step 4 and forward its talking about the bolts on lable "C"
