Post clutch install problems

Well, me and some buddies just got done installing my clutch and flywheel last night... took it for a 2 mile test drive to make sure everything was good, let it sit and run for a little and checked for leaks, checked torque specs (or so I thought) etc. After that I start my ~8 mile drive home. Everything is going fine until I start hearing a faint click coming from under the car... which goes away after a few seconds. I come to a light, and while slowing down, I hear the clicking again. Now I'm pretty curious what this sound is. I'm only about 2 miles from my house, so I decide to take it home and park it so I can check it out the next morning. Well, about another mile and the clicking comes back... which is then followed by a slight vibration. First thing that came to mind was a motor mount not being tightened down correctly. Well, about a 1/4 mile later, the ticking came back, which was followed by a much angrier vibration, which felt like it was coming from directly beneath my seat. It came in "rotations", and was getting worse. When I slowed down it would go away. So I keep it around 15mph, which seemed to be working, but it came back. STRONG. I'm hearing noises now like bolts hitting stuff... no bueno. I pull over and look under the car... there happens to be a single 12mm IIRC bolt with a black painted head lying under the car. I try my best to find where it came from but no luck. I looked under the hood to see if my motor mount bolts were in place which to the best of my knowledge they were. I eventually get the car home which is accompanied by plenty of vibrations and clicking sounds.

The vibrations seem to come on when I let off the gas or when I got above 1500 rpms. When I first get on the gas they go away, but come back withing about 10-15 seconds. My guess would be it has something to do with the driveshaft not being torqued down somewhere. What are you guys' guesses? TIA.

Thanks... I'm lifting her back up when I get off of work (it's only 1040 out here), just trying to get a good idea where to go first.

Found it... it was the driveshaft bolts... they weren't torqued down. Lucky for me, one of the bolts held, and I found one of them when I pulled over. Now it's off to the hardware store to find some replacements. I knew I shoulda triple-checked everything.
