Blue spring should be good for stock boost up to about 24-25 PSI.

Red is rated above that.

You'll likely never need the Yellow.

Shifting around 4-5k while boosting seems to produce a bucking affect when i let off the gas.

Partial throttle / partial boost flutter is somewhat of a normal occurence.

Read this thread for a better understanding of why:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=209640

I currently have the same exact valve installed in a "reverse" orientation on my car, however, meaning that I have the pressure entering the side of the valve and venting back into the intake through the bottom, and it seems to greatly reduce the partial throttle fluttering issues while still holding boost very effectively.

Give that a try and see how it works for you.

Full boost or nothing. If you are going to let off early right after hitting peak boost, then do a full lift of the throttle - don't do a partial/slow lift, or it will cause compressor surge.

I just rotated the diverter valve around and the car seems to be running smoother.. It doesnt feel like it is pulling as hard. SO everyone who has this valve needs to install it backwards???

I didn't know Mike said it, so it now is directed at him, too. That's unbelievable.
