Case Study #329 - IX with BR Stage II, Pump and Alchy - Street Dominator!
the dynamics dynos out here dont read nearly that high. IX's with very similar mods and alky are putting down at most 330-340whp. 357whp seems about 30whp high but who knows. What are stock IX's putting aown on this particular dyno?

the newer dyno dynamics machines come with the newer software that gives numbers that are bigger than previos machines... this was done due to user complaints about the low numbers that were creating issues for some shops...
so the newer machines read much closer to dynojets...
yet another stick in the wheel of the great dyno debate.

Al sometimes you speak without thinking and act all defensive. From November to March it wont get more than 65 degrees here, and is well below freezing at night. Plus theres no dyno here "in the hot desert", all of us get tuned in the bay area, which is three hours away. The dynamics dyno 's and mustang dynos are calibrated a lot different than yours, simple as that. Stock IX's put down 225-235whp stock out here. Don't get me wrong the numbers are great and the tunes look nice but I think its important to realize that this dyno is reading closer to a dynojet.

The Dyno Wars Need to come to an End Who cares what you put down on a Dyno......
Dyno's were never ment to measure power, they were made to act as a tuning aid, We'll the dyno dynamics Dyno anyways.
