Depending on the ramp profile they could put a new meaning to harsh, they have quite a bit of overlap it'll definitely kill your mirdrange power.

I sure hope you have an EMS, your going to need it to Pull these bad boys off.
Here are the specs for you guys that don't know

Intake....Exhaust.....@.050....@.050........LIFT.. ........LIFT...............LSA
...280.......280.............206.........206.....1 1.50mm...11.50mm.....107...117

He11 yeah, a Kelford thread!

The 280's are uber-agressive. I've got a little info on the 272's, so hopefully it's somewhat relavant. Here's some info I got via email last week from Kevin @ Kelford (got addy from the website) when I asked them about Kelford cams with the Mivec IX:

I am about to list an 'A' Spec cam to run with stock turbo and stock
everything.
There is a lot of power gain in tuning the intake cam advance curve.

We use Autronic or Link mostly for tuning. Our EVO cam designs are by far the best, they are stable at high rpm and make more power than every other brand.

I am not big on posting on forums etc, we just let the word get out slowly…

High lift (for an EVO cam anyway), but with duration and LCs that appear to be considerably short of what's needed to get best high rpm power with a big turbo (e.g. GT35R or greater).

Looks like something I'd expect for a WRC car. BIG midrange with a stout setup and small to mid-sized turbo, and ported head a virtual must.

Post the graphs and list the mods and particulars so we can comment, because as of now, that isn't telling us much.
