Built 2.4L Block with GT37R???

I was wondering if I built up a 2.4L block, cutting no corners, and threw on a built EVO head on and a GT37R turbo, will my EVO be able to make as much power as the AMS built SRT4 on their GT37R?

discuss

You would definately make more power. The Evo head flows better that the SRT's....trust me I used to own a 507whp SRT-4.

yeah if AMS built up the SRT4's 2.4L block with forged rods and pistons etc, and made 760 WHP @ 35 PSI with their GT37R turbo kit I dont see why an EVO with a similar built cant do the same......

Thats what I wanna research now....2.4L EVO block, built EVO head with a GT37R turbo....

The SRT I used to own probably made anywhere from 270 to 290 whp...
but I'm curious to see whats involved in the 2.4L block, and how high can it rev to....
