Temp rising- Help

Ive been having this temperature issues. When Idling the temp would rise to 100C (boiling point) It suppose to run 80-85C Thermostat temp. My Buschur Stage 3 head was found with hairlinr crack and replaced with regular one. I am still having Coolant temp creeping up on me.
I have AEM which been change to use higher speed for fan. (its blowing strong)
Thermostat been changed for new one.

I cant figure what else can cause this. Please any ideas?????

Let me explain more clearly what has happen with my head.

I had Buschur stage 3 head installed last year around fall time and it was fine for a little bit (I am still on stokish turbo) Car has been tuned by Al, then loooked at by Robert at FP, then my local tuner. They all could not figure out what was wrong with the power and tunability of it. (I had full spull on 280's at 2500RPM) Should have some logs somewhere.

Then all of the sudden it started taking coolant and overheat. SO my mechanics though it was head gasket.
They replaced it and it was still doing that. Then they sent head to bec checked and there was hairline crack, so the coolant would drip.

Now I got another head and it is still overheats (no crack this time, its been machined and new OEM headgasket installed).

So we are trying to figgure why would it do that when idling. (its like 50F here/10C) Imaging, when summer comes It will overheat all the time.

So I am really not sure what can be done now.

????

Thanks everyone for the advises .

Just figured out the overheating issue. When buschur stagfe 3 head had crack in it i drove like that for a while cause it was not that noticible till it got bigger, so all the sediment from exhaust mixed with water went back to coolant and plugged the radiator. (thats a first time the shop seen that happen, radiator was half dead.
Its wiered, but that what happened. So after cleaning radiator no more temp creep.
