Btw, saying you want a big turbo but would NEVER use C16 or meth is kinda strange. You will never get near the potential of a big turbo without at least running meth/alky injection.

sorry for the typo warr...i meant 3065..
meth is out of the picture coz no one had/has any experience with it in this region
race gas is not available.
AMS 50trim
shearer 50 trim
both these seem like they could offer what ia m looking for..
i just decided i am getting cams before the turbo..

3037.... i had it installed on my 8, with all the hardware, from fuel pump, to injectors to a fuel rail with cams and all the extra jaz but keeping in mind i had a stock bottom block sweat ride for a 1.2 bar to 1.5 bar keeping it safe as a daily driven car..... then i went ahead with the bottom block... and again all installed.... pistens conrods crank and all.... was the sweatest daily driven car i ever had.... 1.6 to 1.7 bar so much torque and whp'ssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss, not laggy at all the response is their... all the time anytime....
Either of those 50-trims will be great, as will the BR3065.
I would not exclude meth/alky injection just because no one in your area has experience with it. It is a proven mod that is a necessity with a big turbo. If no one else uses it, you'll destroy everyone. with it.
Dubai, the 3037 is very big - there is no way it wasn't laggy. Even with a stroker motor, it would still be laggy compared to the stock turbo.

i meant race gas is not readily available...(just coz you work at the airport around planes and c16 doesnt mean i can get it..lol)
Warr...no turbo is not laggy compared to the stocker..relatively speaking
thanks for the replies guys
keep it coming

I would recommend that you stay stock for the time being
I know that you enquired about cams in another thread. I think you should definitely max out the stock turbo before jumping in to a big turbo kit if the car is daily driven. that means cams & good manifold and a kick *** tune if you dont have these already. if thats not good enough for you, than go big.
I have driven in HKS 3037 and HKS 3240 turbo kitted cars but they were both stroked with tomei 2.2. Unless you do mainly highway driving, the 2.0 stocker would not be fun with any big turbo kit imo. even with a stroker, the power comes on 4k+rpm in third gear on pump with the above kits. brute power feels good on the straights, but I think these would suck in a 2.0 in curvy roads.
One of my friends is putting on HKS 3037 on his 2.0 but I am not sure when it will be finished. I am thinking that it is only gonna be good when you drive it like you stole it. will let you know when I get to drive it but it might be a while...
I would not consider 20G LT until it is proven on pump gas with stock ECU. we might get one to test it

but let me be more specific in my need..i need a kit thats drivable..traffic light to traffic light kind of kit...usable power and a good area under the power curve..i am not looking for a dyno queen..neither am i interested in a top-end-only turbo...
with that in mind...
buschur is another alternative...i like his products...maybe the 3076 but the 20lt did not do it for me...from my research it only performed will when c16 and meth were added to the formula..for me..i know for a fact that I WILL NEVER USE those two..
however if it could give me 40whp just by bolting it on and tuning i will be all over that thing..1700$ is not a problem for something i want and something that fits my needs.
respect
keep discussing
thanks

If you do decide on the HKS 3037 kit for your 2.0l, you'll probably want it configured with either the .63, or at most the .73 turbine housing, to keep it from being a laggy beast.

dxbevo, i just put in hks 280's and i cant believe the difference it made on top end. I have 255 fuel pump,3" tbe,DEVOTUNING flash(awesome guys over there, pointed out what another vendor screwed up on my first flash which could have cost me my engine but i wont say who on this board it was) boost set @ 21 w/hallman bc. Let me tell you, this thing is like driving a different car with these cams when the boost hits, pulls like a m@ther f er. I would go with the cams before you do anything else, i didnt know cams made this much of a difference or i would have had them sooner.
