Yes I have an aftermarket throw out bearing... it is used on Rally Cars and things like that. It is designed to fit my twin disc from quartermaster. It is also the slave cylinder built in one. It would take custom machine work to make it work for a stock style pressure plate however.

Why would you want an aftermarket throwout bearing? Not like its going to improve performance or anything

The stock one will outlast any clutch you put in, until its time to rebuild or replace anyway.

So with any new clutch install a new oem TOM should be installed, correct?

If you are staying with the stock style pull type clutch the answer is no,because Exedy has a patent on the design. I think what you meant to ask is if there is such a thing as a performance aftermarket release/throw out bearing. The answer to that is no also.

it's not a performance part, it only needs to be durable. the OEM unit is more than durable enough. They can go bad, but it's usually the effect of another problem.
