P0420 means you need to go with 2 foulers. That is the code i was triping when i wsa running a HFC without foulers. As far as the "space" problem you have with hitting the floor board, Depending on what exhaust you have.......just roll the pipe over so the sensor isn't hitting the floor. I have a Buschur TBE and my sensor points to the 3 o'clock position, all i did was roll the slip fit pipe over, no more problem. The EGR code you have....haven't seen that one before, sorry man .

As for the space issue, I think I might just have to put a small dent in the floor board as my TP is bolted on both ends, and if I rotate it around I don't think the sensor will reach, plus it might point towards the ground. I'll have to look at it tonight.
