Question Possible TC failure?

I had my clutch replaced at authorized Mitsubishi dealer.
They forgot to tighten (in fact there was no bolt in the hole at all!) one motor mount (the one between engine and firewall - above the TC).
I was driving like that for one tank (130miles).
Because of the noise i drove back to the dealership and they said the mechanic forgot to tighten the bolt.
After another tank (next 130miles) something started to WHINE.
After reading tons of threads on this forum i think it is a tornado siren sound and the TC i toasted.
At the dealership we checked oil levels in TC and tranny and they are good.
Only one light of ACD i on so there is no error in ACD.
O-ring (rubber gasket) between right front axle and TC is wet.

THING WE CAN'T UNDERSTAND is that after braking hard from 80+miles/h to 0 there is A LOT of blue smoke (burned oil) behind the car. it doesn't matter if the braking is done in gear or in neutral.
We can assume that this it not from engine and tranny.

From the rally driver's mechanic i know that the axle could moved (because of loose clip on the inner CV joint inside TC) and could cause oil leak direct on the exchaust (which is 3") and this could be a cause of this oil smoke.

But is this posible that because of this motor mount not tightened and axle moving the TC is broken and whines like mad?
i don't think it's because of exedy racing stage 1 organic clutch. it shouldn't be so loud.

regards.

You might have a "cause and effect" here. What did the dealership say?

but there is neews today.
the oil is going from the exhaust! only while very hard braking from high speed to 0.
what could that be? turbocharger? it blows 1,4bar and there is no sign of smoke while accelerating.
can blown turbo sound like tornado siren?
