So anyways.. i heard a continious clunking noise while driving my car the other day.. its one of those sounds that comes from an axle.. whenever i accelerate and decel.. anywho.. i thought it was the axles .. until i actually took off the nut for the axles.. haha.. my rotor pretty much fell off on the passenger side.. my wheel bearing is demolished... lol so thats what the clunking noise was... the bearing wasy really bad making the axle move and clunk ... pretty crazy.. and i was actually driving my car like that.. haha..

this happen to anyone else? jus wondering... i never hit anything.. no accidents.. lol.. just alot of hard track driving.. lol

i did do a search on it.. but lol i never heard of the whole wheel bearing just breaking like that.. lol.. the studed part came off from the bearing itself along with the rotor.. the axle nut was the only thing holding it in place.. lol i just find it funny cuz i thought it was my axles.. but.. eh.. i guess thats what happens after 6 months of track days.. lol

just thought i would share it since i dont have many posts.. lol

 

this might be whats wrong with my car....yesterday it started to make a click click noise or a clunkin noise when i am not moving and turning the steering wheel...i dont really hear anything when i'm driving tho and i sometimes hear it when i'm turning...let me know if you think its the same thing
