I would stay away from exedy twin, I have it but there are several people having issues with them when they get up and over the 500whp mark...

Buschur gt3076r kit
some type of boost control(mbc,ebc,flash)
880cc Injectors
gsc 280 Cams
ARP head studs
ACT Clutch
Buschur/AMS exhaust
Alky(if you wanna go alot faster)
Tune (Pruven is good for tuning)

Please add or suggest anything that will help me meet 400+WHP (RELIABLY). Also can an ECU reflash(is fine) do the job or do I need fuel managment? I dont mind using alky however i'd like the make the HP w/o it. Thankyou

easily gonna hit over 400whp with that setup...you cannot however use a koyo radiator with a fr mani because of clearance issues...full-race recommends a pwr radiator instead if you still want to upgrade from the stocker

I wouldn't even bother with cams yet on a IX until we see more definitive results from customers in the field.

2.3 is expensive. Good choice with Full Race. They are awesome. Anyways, a IX responds much more to mods then the VIII, so that's always good.

Also, I don't agree with Spectre's comment. I don't have solid proof like you want, but I'm pretty sure cams can add a lot of power.
