New Evo MR need 400+whp??

Just got a new Evo MR and need suggestions so that I can achieve 400+ WHP. I used to be a turbo Honda guy and dont know to much about what works good on Evo's. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The parts I have on the list now are

Full Race stage 2 turbo kit (Garret GT 3037)
RC Injectors (size?)
HKS 272 Cams
ARP head studs
JUN cam gears
Koyo Rad.
Clutch (Tiltan?) is it nessesary for the power
RSR GTII exhaust / HKS ?
Tune (Pruven is nearby any other New England recommendations?)

Please add or suggest anything that will help me meet 400+WHP (RELIABLY). Also can an ECU reflash do the job or do I need fuel managment? I dont mind using alky however i'd like the make the HP w/o it. Thankyou
-Joe

go with the exedy twin disc setup. Tiltons are made for biggg numbers. Convert the engine to a 2.4 and throw a 35r or 37r on the beast. I want an exmag gt 2 sooo bad. U can buy it and then Ill trade you my greddy evo 2. FMIC. HKS racing suction kit. .....custom tune will do the job street map and race map

That size turbo should be perfect for the power you want.
750cc or 850cc injectors will work and also a waldbro 255 fuel pump.
If you plan on staying around 400hp then i would use an act clutch...
Everything else looks ok. Good luck!!

Stock radiator is fine.

Meth and a 20GLT with a flash and exhaust is what I would do.

There are a few clutch choices out there.

The mod listed should get you 390~410whp on pump gas, with Mentahol Injection, you should make 480whp~510whp or higher with TTP Engineering cam timing(Worth a lot of whp but lost a lot of TQ whch is that you get used to,push stock turbo EVO without nitrous into 10's also).

Drop the cam gears from the list and pick different cams.

You'll be close to 400 on a dynojet with just the above.

If you want 400 on straight 93 octane pump gas then fiddy trim it.

With what you have listed you will easily have over 400whp with the stock ecu and 93oct. You can also do 50 trim. Make sure you get the 850cc injectors and the Walbro fuel pump. Exedy Twin HD will do the job as a clutch. The Jun cams are not a good choice with the stock ecu. You may want to look at the GSCs S2. You should make around 420-430 on pump with a very usable powerband.
