Normal Tranny Build Up? Pic Included

Ive noticed stiffer shifts and a reluctance to go into ear the higher the RPM. So i flushed the tranny and this is what was on the magnet. Look normal? I'd say the last time a drained it was about 5k miles ago, maybe a little more.

Looks to be a relatively small amount of build up but i wasn't sure if the problems i am having con be attributed to it...

That is very normal.
It will look like that every time you change the oil at around 5K miles.

I chewed up the plug pretty bad. Is it true that the Oil drain plug and tranny drain are the same size?

Think the dealer stocks them?

Not sure about thread size, but the fill plug doesn't have a magnet.
