Buschur's FP3065

So im about to order my 3065 from buschur in the next week or 2, but i wanted to find some more reviews about it and the only one i can find that has it is J-Rod. i wanted to hear the point of view on it from a more basic evo tuner. So i kno J-Rod ran his best of a 11.04 and dyno'd at 505whp, but is there any others out there that can give me some other opinions on this turbo?

When my car went 11.04 it dyno'd at 462whp / 387 trq @ 29psi on our Mustang Dyno. The MPH was 128mph and the 60' was a 1.74. That was done in 92 degree heat with a 100% stock block, head, intake manifold, t/b, ignition etc... The only mods my car had then was our stages 1-4, AEM EMS and the 3065 turbo kit. My car is also full weight and running 18" Volks with BFG KDW-s tires.

My car now is still full weight, same 18" Volks for daily driving but now has our drop in JE Pistons and Crower rods. The head is still stock but has our valve spring and retainer kit to support the larger BR spec cams we put in. There is no porting or anything else done to it. I ported the intake manifold put in a larger fuel pump and 1000cc injectors. It now made 505whp / 402trq @ 30psi.

At the NOPI world finals traction was a SEVERE issue for me. Cutting a best spinning 60' of 1.91 the cars best pass was a 11.41 @ 131mph. I am now going to be running lighter 17" wheels with BFG drag radials at the drag strip. It is going to be VERY possible to see a 10.6ish @ 134+ out of my car this coming season.

I am considering stepping it up to a 37R but I would like to max the 3065 out to see where it will put me first before I make that decision.

There are quite a few people on these forums running this kit. Dryad, Kmconn9, Nez and TwstdEvo are just to name a few. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

A standalone such as the AEM will make a big difference over a flash. Trust me....

yes we all know but standalone is another $1600 not installed and tuned again. so 2g's for another ecu system is out of my budget right now.

Stinkapuss ran a serious time/trap with minimal mods just as jared stated above. This kit really is amazing.

If I do switch I will post the kit for sale. I do have a few customers interested as I have talked about this on the phone with a few people but it is going to be a few months out either way. Right now my monster is in hibernation for winter......
