Creak from the rear of the car in reverse...

I've seen a few posts about a creaking noise from the rear of the car when first backing out of the garage etc. My car developed the same symptom today. Listening closely, I notice the same thing was happening when making a turn. It sounded a lot like a noisy suspension bushing. Thinking that was it I tried bouncing the rear of the car up and down w/the car off to reproduce the noise (not as easy as it sounds; stiff a$$ suspension ). Anyway, the car was silent so I dismissed that. I then went poking around in the trunk for loose stuff and discovered the plastic clip (the clip is shown beneath the two bars, parts 12 and 13 ) that connects the two trunk support bars had come loose and was sliding along the bars towards the drivers side of the car. I reseated the clip over the center of the bars (there is a bit of padding there that the plastic clips fight tightly over holding it in place) and I think the creek is gone. I'll have to give it a more thorough test drive to know for sure but I thought I'd post this now and see if other creaking EVOs have loose clips too.
