780cc is fine for the gt35r just don't boost above 30psi, you only need 1000cc for a stand alone because it has less efficient injector drives. You are approaching the limit the stock ECU can handle with 780cc injectors.

880's are common use for 35r's both on stock ECU and stand alone. Meth injection helps even more. 1000's are not required for a 35r, but can come in handy with AEM stand alone as EvoBig16G said, since AEM has the wrong injector drivers for our cars.

780's on the stock ECU and meth injection would work very well, but I'd say grab the 880's for room to grow just in case.

880's at least. The meth will help richen things up, but 780's are going to be very close to being too small.

I'm running 780's on a 50 trim and see high 80's duty cycle on just 23#'s of boost and 11.1-11.2 a/f ratios. This was logged during a DD pull of 355 whp.

If you're getting your power with methanol injection and using an M15 nozzle for that methanol kit (and you should), you'll have no problem getting to 550whp with 780cc injectors and a good tune. And if you want a greater margin of comfort, there is always the 850cc size, but you shouldn't need it.
