does it matter if its in or not for 60 foot times someone told me its hard to get a good launch with the pill in

i'm pretty sure they still do. you can always take off the slave cylinder to check.

I installed my SS clutchline and removed the restrictor pill and it feels great. The evo is also my daily driver. I love the way the clutch feels now. Also helps me keep a consistent 60' time at the track. Very easy install. Use the directions on evomoto.com

And yes the IX's have the restrictor pill.
