I now have the Vishnu full exhaust and it's a bit louder than stock, but it has an awesome bassy tone. The sound really goes well with the exhaust note. The tip looks very similar to the stock one, only polished. Fitment was perfect

My setup includes the downpipe and hi-flow cat. With just the cat-back alone, I would wager it's even quieter. If you'd like to hear a sound clip and see pics of the full exhaust, check out this thread:

after looking at those pics I can only say that it seems as if the fitment of that Vishnu exhaust is pretty sloppy. That cat-back hangs down way too low in the middle and the fact that it uses spacers for the tie-bars make it that much more undesirable (to me that is). And what about that ridiculous pricetag!! I thought $850 was insane enough for me ( I opted for UR turbo-back). I guess the name "Vishnu"means heavier prices. Anyhow, to each -its own

The pictures are deceiving, perhaps because the car is on jackstands to enable installation and picture taking. The fitment is excellent and utilizes all factory hangers.

Installation of any 3" down pipe will require either replacing the cross bars or using spacers. There is barely enough clearance to go without spacers on somemodels but even those manufacturers recommend using spacers or replacing the crossbars to ensure sufficient clearance for movement of driveline while under load.

Pricewise, you usually get what you pay for.

the fit and finish on my vishnu cat back is superb I am very happy with the system....It has a great sound ...much like an HKS..and the race style V band clamp is also a nice touch....worth every penny IMO

the Ultimate Racing downpipe seems to be the only one that clears the bars with no problem. By the way, the Ultimate catback comes with a magnaflow muffler also, its just round instead of oval. They probably sound identical. And as far as quality is concerned I give the to UR. They built a quality setup and will produce the same numbers as any other 3" turbo-back out there, they all flow straight though.
