Well ALK or Meth setups are clearly not as safe as running 100 octane, although a heck of a lot cheaper and easier (to find). Richard L (Aquamist) has just posted information about a new system from Aquamist that looks awesome; Snow has a nice system as well, but Aquamist is the leader.

Combined with the Zeitronix WB for failsafes I think a conservative tune with ~25 - 26 psi would be rather safe (IMHO), but not as safe as running straight 100 octane.

FYI -- I have not yet routed that damn ZT2 wideband sensor through the grommet yet. Would you please send me pictures of your routing? Thanks
