PeakBoost 35r top mount kit

Hey guys and gals. I'm looking into getting this kit for my IX. Does anyone have information on people running this kit or there normal 35r kit (hp/tq numbers, quality and fitment...)? I'm looking to run a low boost pump setting and a high boost race gas setting 375hp/475hp with stock internals for now and I will have the correct supporting mods. I also daily drive it for the most part, some drag and track use. I'm also leaning towards the Bushur 9lt. Any advice is appreciated as i take this next big step, i only want to do it once.

If you want the stock like spool go with the 20lt. If you want big power go with the 35r. Being that you have a IX you might want to look at a 50 trim if you plan to mainly run pump. I dont think the power made on the LT is going to be as big as if you had a VIII.

Originally i wasl ooking at the 50 trim kits. That is a good pointon the LT, i should put that on my wife's VIII or maybe swap my stocker on hers and go from there. The thing with the Peakboost kit is I'm receiving it for the price of the LT kit, so it is hard to not just grab it now. I plan on a stroker kit and cams next year, so maybe I hould go bigger now and it will really pay off in a year, and it will just be fun in the meantime. I hate these decisions

In all honestest, that peakboost kit (intercooler + topmount manifold) looks amazing..

Im going to be looking into that or full race for mine..

I think im giong to go with a gt35r, and just run e85 through it.

I think so too, pump gas during the week, 100 miles a week and then race gas on the weekends. What else do i need for this kit, slim fan? new radiator?

i've actually been readin about this manifolds for a couple of months now.

peakboost is having a sale this month it's on another post in this section of the forum

they can hook u up with everything u need... aside of them normal stuff (wastegate downpipe turbo manifold lines gaskets etc) u need to go to a evo 5 style radiator that's to run their recircletion wastegate... to run a dump pipe on their kit u need to run a mini radator. which peak can hook ya up with

another thing to think about is if ur gonna need to run the maf or not... and you'll need a intake pipe of some type

I havent found it either, but i will run a recirculating wast gate. Then I will just need the Evo 5 radiator. thanks for the reassuring info.
