Throw-Out Bearing or Burrs on Clutch Plate

I know this has been discussed a few times. As I researched and tried to diagnose the issue of having the engine seemingly maintain the load(keep the same RPM) when the clutch is depressed, there have been several different answers. Does anyone have updated information on this issue? I have an Exedy Twin Plate with only about 4,000 miles. Thanks in advance...

i'm confused as to what the question is... you are worried that when you press the clutch in the rpms don't change at idle, or WOT?

WOT...if I am at 3500 rpms and depress the clutch to either downshift or am coming to a stop light...the rpms remain unchanged for a couple seconds and I have to use a little force to remove it from the gear. Or other people have stated that a blip of the throttle before taking it out of gear has helped with this sticking.

No, I was told by several people not to get it, as it causes some issues with pedal adjustment...not having enough play, etc. as the stocker. The rod extension is actually shorter than the stocker.
