i want to keep building on to my 03 evo, but im not sure what to add on next. i have about 500$ to spend and im going for speed. i just bought tints that are amazingly badazz. wat should i do next to my car, with 500$ to spend tops.
here is a list of wat i have done to my car already. wat additional part wud gain me the most hp?

cams. look around and you can find a used set well under $500. I just bought a set of HKS 264/272'S for $300. Thats enought left over for a good tune.

OP, cams for sure, but not sure why SR20 suggested used cams. I wouldn't suggest used cams, because brand new cams already cost less than $500.

You do also need to get rid of the SAFC and get a proper custom tuned flash.

Having a 20g on an SAFC with no cams and no alky just makes no sense whatsoever. It's kinda like referring to "tints" as "amazingly badazz."

Somewhere in your list there is an upgraded fuel pump, right? I know it's in there and I just don't see it. Also, you might wanna do the O2 housing thing.
