When I tried using a Breeze t-bolt clamp from napa to secure my stock upper i/c rubber hose to my throttle body it kept blowing off no matter how tight I got it. I believe that if the t-bolt clamp is too wide to catch on the lip recession of the throttle body not allowing the upper i/c hose to properly seat. Find an upgraded clamp closer to the width of the stock worm gear clamp. Also if you want to try and make the t-bolt clamp work again, spray some Aquanet Ultra-hold hair spray on the inside of the stock i/c hose before clamping it down
